In every child, sooner or later, there will be a “period” for movement. The child then shows a great need to experience, learn and experiment. It’s worth taking advantage of this and encouraging them to exercise. Unfortunately, we know from experience that it is often difficult to get our children to exercise. That is why exercise in the form of play is such an excellent solution.

We hope that thanks to our guide you will also feel that it is worth exercising and that you will start doing it together with your child.
