Returns and complaints

The form below will help us and you in the process of returning or making a complaint about the purchased goods.

– Each purchased product can be returned within 14 days from receiving the parcel if it has not been used.
– In accordance with Polish Journal of Laws 2019.0.134, i.e. the Act of May 30, 2014. on consumer rights. If you want to withdraw from the contract, contact us and send the purchased products to the following address:

The seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment as used by the consumer unless the consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of return, which does not involve any costs for him.

If you find that the product has a physical or legal defect, you can file a complaint.
The scope and principles of our liability (warranty) for defects and your rights are regulated by the Civil Code in art. 556 – 576. If you have any comments on the ordered goods or find it non-compliant with the contract – let us know! We will address your claim and dispel any doubts.
